A 3 way integrated strategy
The core of what we do is to develop a baseline strategy that integrates creating brand awareness and brand building with lead generation initiatives to drive more immediate sales, along with longer term retention strategies to nurture customer relationships encouraging repeat purchases and advocacy.
The master strategy sets the baseline to maintain presence in the market, whilst promotional activity is overlaid onto the master strategy to give it a ‘jolt’ and heighten the ‘noise level’ and interest in the brand at regular intervals to keep the brand always top of mind.
