Conceptualising
The first step in the creative process is to develop a concept. Conceptualising an idea can be a daunting task. The results may look convincingly simple. But this is not the case as you may well know – the simpler the idea, the more thought and time it takes to crystallise that concept so that it can be conveyed in a manner that is understood and intended. This is the most important step in the creative process that determines how powerful the creative would be.

A creative concept has the task of achieving credibility and believability for your product or service. As communication designers, our role is to solve problems or drive a purchase intent using visual and textual designs as a result of a creative concept which holds a string of ideas together.
