Do I have to be a client to become a member of Essentia® Group?
You do not have to be a client to be a member. The benefits you get as a member are in the interest of learning new ways to market your product, business, brand or service. However, membership is subject to approval.

What benefits do I get as a member of Essentia® Group?
Being a member of Essentia® Group means you have access to marketing tips, articles and presentations to accelerate learning, and special get-togethers to meet other members. All our clients can register as members of the Essentia Group to access their own Personal Folio of the work that they have done with us. If you would like us to set up your past work in your Personal Folio, register your interest here .
What is a Personal Folio?
The Personal Folio is ‘individual personal space’ on our site, reserved for clients who work with us. The Personal Folio section is password protected and can only be accessed via that password. The folio is set up with pictures and descriptions of the work that has been done for that client as a showcase and history of their past work. The client may use this showcase in any manner they may choose.

What can I show in my Personal Folio?
The Personal Folio is for clients to highlight the work that they have done with us. You have access to your own Personal Folio via a password and can use it to showcase your work. You can also choose to include an overview for larger campaigns which might include the brief, challenges, strategy, features and outcomes.
What happens to my access to Personal Folio if I leave the company?
As long as you are our client, these pages will be maintained for you on our site so you have a complete record or history of your work with us. Should you change your position or job, these pages remain accessible by you for 12 months thereafter or until you resume contact with us within that time in your new position or role.
What happens if I no longer use Essentia Group’s services?
If we do not hear from you for a period of 12 months, your access is suspended until you resume contact with us.
What is eQ?
eQ is our marketing e-newsletter which contains marketing tips, articles and/or presentations. These snippets of information are kept brief to allow you to capture a quick gist, to help accelerate learning.
Why does Essentia send out eQ?
We value our relationship with you and would like you to feel the same. At essentia®, it’s not just about the work. It’s important to us that you get real value not only in the work we do for you but also in the knowledge you gain from us.

What does eQ stand for?
eQ is an abbreviation for ‘educational quotient’ (not dissimilar to IQ or intelligence quotient) or educational intelligence .
eQ also means educational quantum or ‘portions’ seeing that eQ contains marketing snippets that you can digest in bite sizes!
